Yes, I know I SUCK!

Shame on me! I convinced myself to get back into blogging and I haven't done a DARN thing! I haven't posted since Maybe Halloween? I don't know know if anyone even reads this thing but yesterday I was being bored productive at work and read through my first few months of posting. I maybe cried a few tears, it's crazy to see how far Ryan and I have come and I love that I able to look back at my feelings and emotions and see the difference in our personalities and attitudes! So I figured I could do a tiny post and a little "getting to know you". Enjoy!

  • Have you ever had something happen to you that you thought was bad but it turned out to be for the best? Honestly, I would have to say letting my in-laws into my life. I have been screwed over by a few of them and I have continued to allow them in my life to continually get f'd over! I have learned A LOT about myself and A LOT about what I NEED to do to keep my self together, to do the right thing, and when to just walk away.
  • What was one of the best parties you’ve ever been to? I have had a lot of good parties in my day, everything from Ugly Sweaters, to bbqs, to reunions so I can't say that I do have a favorite! Anytime I am around my family & friends is a favorite time for me!
  • What was the last movie, TV show or book that made you cry or tear up? This is so cliche' I feel but Sunday I was watching Kourtney and Kim take New York. I have been in a feud with my one and only sister since Halloween and when her and Khloe were able to talk out their feelings it made me cry. I ALWAYS want my sister to feel as though she can come to me with anything and EVERYTHING! I am her only sister and I just want her to be with me through everything! I miss her so much and have tried numerous times to reach out to her. ::Hi Dani, I miss you!::

  • What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever done? Again, I am going to resort back to my in-laws I love so deeply, and hate so strongly. For the last time I have been beaten over the head by them. To the point of where it was making me re-think myself and putting a real damper on my self esteem. I know I am not a "cunt" nor a loser bitch and I know I am right for my husband so who are they to say? FINALLY I had to make the decision to CUT them out of my life and never look back. I can't, if I haven't made them like me in the past 5 years what is going to change? I hate to have to do that to family but for me that's what it takes.

  • What was the last experience that made you a stronger person? I am going to have to go with the feud I am in with my sister it breaks me down everyday and I think about her everyday! I just want the best for her and I want our old friendship back. Thus, has made me a stronger person by knowing that God has a plan. There is a reason why we are being put through this and all I can do is look at the positive side and faith that one day our relationship will repair itself.
  • What did you do growing up that got you into trouble? I sluffed school a lot, my sister and I would ALWAYS miss curfew, and there were some days I would just leave for days on end because I was so sick of my parents. Knowing what I know now, I shouldn't have put my parents through the pain of worrying if I am okay because as they are growing older they are starting to worry me. My dad has caused me my first GREY hair!
  • When was the last time you had an amazing meal? Husband and I went out to Red Rock Brewing Comp on Saturday night and I had shrimp scallop with green beans and mashed potatoes it was AWESOME!
  • What’s the best/worst gift you’ve ever given/received? This is super cheesy but I met my husband on my 18th birthday therefore, I think of him as the BEST gift I have ever received however, my puppy Chewy is a close 2nd! I can't say I haven't gotten a bad gift most of the people that do know me know me well enough to get the hints I drop around my birthday or Christmas! (;
  • What do you miss most about being a kid? The stress-free lifestyle, being able to take a nap whenever I needed one, not having to plan out my future to the T. Paying bills, driving a car, pursuing well in a career. I mean I knew someday I would have all of these things but you never really imagine how hard, yet rewarding it is.
  • What is your first memory of being really excited? When I got my Yorkie Freckles for my 4th Christmas. I will never forget my dad bringing her up the stairs to show my sister and I. One of the most memorable experiences of my life!
  • What was the first thing you bought with your own money? I was EXTREMELY dependant on Ryan when I first moved out with him I didn't have a car or even a BLOW dryer! I know I know, deprived child here! So I would have to say the very 1st thing I bought on MY own and picked out on my OWN is my Mercedes C230 best purchase EVER! ((:
  • When was the last time you were nervous? Let's get this straight now, I am a NERVOUS wreck about EVERYTHING. Anxiety, O.C.D call it what you want. I had to take my doggy to the vet on Saturday for her well puppy exam and I always get so nervous they are going to tell me my puppy is dying. Yes, she is my child.

  • What is something you learned in the last week? I have learned that hard work REALLY does pay off. We are doing a lot of home improvements this year preparing for what I hope to be a Baby Barras next year so seeing everything being done and being able to pay for it with cash feels oh, so good!
  • What story does your family always tell about you? God, do you even want to know?? When I was 4 yrs old I would call everyone a "dildo" my mom made me look it up in the dictionary and she made sure I understood what it meant and if I wanted to continue to call people that then I could. And maybe I did.. that's a classic story!!
  • At what age did you become an adult? I would say this past year of my being 22 and having a "BIG GIRL" job and being promoted and actually working really hard on it has helped me become a grown up/adult. Also, have had a lot of trials and tribulations thrown at me. I have just believed in God and kept faith that he will work everything out the way they are supposed to be!
