Weekend

Hey bitches,

Its the end of a weekend and the beginning of a new week! I myself had a WONDERFUL weekend! I' am so grateful for my husband and my older sissy who is my b.f.f. Friday night R and I rented Valentines Day ate popcorn and gummy bears and just bonded. Saturday I got a little tickle up my ars and had the bright idea to go hiking. At first R and I were just going to do a little 2 mile hike up Big Cottonwood Canyon (by Brighton) and take it easy. However, sissy had other plans in mind so we bucked up and hiked Lake Blanche. It is a 6.64 mile hike and you gain 2700 ft in elevation it is a very strenuous hike but once you get to the mountain top it is breathtaking! There are 3 lakes up there Lake Blanche, Lake Florence, and Lake Lillian! It was AMAZING and so worth the pain I am feeling today!! I'm so glad R and I are in good shape and can just go up and hike such a beautiful mountain! If you are in UT I highly recommed this hike you can find info on it here! There was still a good 3 feet of snow and the lake was still frozen but we were so hott and so hungry on the way to the top the snow didn't even phase us! I was a lil' scared of sliding to my death but I did overcome it! I think I lost about 5 pds and gained it in muscle! Here are some fun pics to recap all the craziness!
